This clause is in the National-NZF agreement announced today:

"Require Medsafe to approve new pharmaceuticals within 30 days of them being approved by at least two overseas regulatory agencies recognised by New Zealand."

I'm assuming it's poorly-worded and actually means that Medsafe has 30 days to object, but it would hopefully speed things up a bit.
