You did start a thread - here. ;-)

Nice toy!

I'm a geek, a gamer, a dad, a Quic user, and an IT Professional. I have a full rack home lab, size 15 feet, an epic beard and Asperger's. I'm a bit of a Cypherpunk, who believes information wants to be free and the Net interprets censorship as damage and routes around it. You can hit the Request Unlock button and the thread would have been unlocked for you to continue it. Really isn't a problem.

This is going to sound harsh, and I really don't mean for it to - I genuinely would like to know the answer.

What is the point of a Spyder?

To me, as someone who rides every day to work, it seems that it has all the disadvantages of a car (Being wide, taking a full sized car park, unable to filter through traffic etc)
While also having all the disadvantages of a bike (Having to wear leathers etc, getting wet, lack of storage space)

Don't get me wrong, I love riding my bike - I am just not sure what I am missing here.

Hmmmm
