I checked a car,there still has 12 bars,but the SOH is 82%,it is normal?

I'm not an expert at reading LeafSpy data (I gave up worrying about SoH a few weeks after purchasing, and it's much less stressful!), but I understand on a 24kWh Leaf it typically drops from 12 to 11 a bit above where your SoH is now - I think ours did this at about 84%. Flip the Fleet suggests it typically happens at about 85% - https://flipthefleet.org/2017/nissan-leaf-check-your-battery-before-buying/

As to why yours is still hanging onto 12 bars at 82.56...

As Jonathan said, a 24kWh LEAF should lose its first bar when the battery falls below 85% SoH. Subsequent bars are lost after each additional 7% (approx) loss of capacity.

I see your LeafSpy with 82% SoH. I don't see a photo of the dash showing 12 bars. Are you sure it isn't 11bars? The battery temp is about 15C. If the battery was warmed up a bit, the SoH would be higher. It can vary by 2%-3% depending on the battery temp when last charged to a high level.
