Just come back from a trip to the States with a couple of week's driving (without much experience driving on that side of the road). Most of the time it was pretty easy to stay in the right lane. It certainly was against my instincts, but I was just extra careful at all intersections. It wasn't that hard.

My experience is similar.  Although I did find myself drifting to the right side of the lane quite a bit, I guess because I'm not used to having all that space for a passenger on the right-hand side of me.

Sometimes I use big words I don't always fully understand in an effort to make myself sound more photosynthesis.

I note when flying with poor mans IFE selection on a recent australian trip, that there is a video there for Chinese drivers visiting NZ intending to drive.

Never played it, but seems theres some quite pro-activity going on.
