So I got curious and priced these for my HiLux, they only do front doors for mine and they're $77 each. I'd call that not too bad really.

its def not bad when its $77 , but when you add cost for all 4 doors, Gst ( all guys gave me excl prices ) and labour, it touches the $450 approx mark, and then you go.. Hmmmmm... Well well well. 


I wish if it was a compulsory component for NZ made cars, but somehow manufacturers want to cheapen the product and add these to extra's n decide to overprice them. 


If it was factory installed, am just assuming it would be in the $100-$150 range, all installed.
