surely one cannot accept that i paid $40,000 (or whatever sum) to expect to have to live with squeal. please fix it, remove it, replace it. thank you for your understanding etc

What I mean is if the noise is coming from the park brake then the pads/discs are the wrong place to look.

Why do you need the CGA?
You bought the car new with (presumably) at least 3 years of manufacturer's warranty?
