No. The point was that someone who was demonstrably sub normal intelligence-wise was not only allowed to drive on public roads but to exercise control over what happens to the nation!

stupidity, common sense and intelligence often go hand in hand. One does not always exclude the other.

I know there are lots of responsible motorcyclists on the roads, but I would see almost every single day, activity by motorcyclists that put their own lives at risk. Some of the manoeuvres I have seen over the weekend whilst driving down the Southern Motorway would make your eyes water. I can't understand the failure by cyclists/Motorcyclists to understand how vulnerable they are! It really worries me. I had a situation the other day where a motorcyclist cut me off then slammed on his brakes. I would have pulled up mm from his bumper, and whilst I wouldn't have been in the wrong if I had hit him/her, and badly injured him or even killed him/her, I would never get over something like that.

Agreed. The old saw that doctors call motorcyclists 'donors' comes to mind!

The nut job I saw riding a Ducati in flip flops, shorts and a teeshirt recently would be well within that category.

I know there are lots of responsible motorcyclists on the roads, but I would see almost every single day, activity by motorcyclists that put their own lives at risk. Some of the manoeuvres I have seen over the weekend whilst driving down the Southern Motorway would make your eyes water. I can't understand the failure by cyclists/Motorcyclists to understand how vulnerable they are! It really worries me. I had a situation the other day where a motorcyclist cut me off then slammed on his brakes. I would have pulled up mm from his bumper, and whilst I wouldn't have been in the wrong if I had hit him/her, and badly injured him or even killed him/her, I would never get over something like that.

Agreed. The old saw that doctors call motorcyclists 'donors' comes to mind!

The nut job I saw riding a Ducati in flip flops, shorts and a teeshirt recently would be well within that category.

Heh yeah, I see a terrifying amount of that. Whilst it's probably not illegal, I can't understand any intelligent human doing it, because sometimes crashes are outside your control, and the damage done would be horrific.

You missed the scary part - the adult individual has already passed on his genetics and (presumeably) procreated.

The first and a whole bunch of other inter woven with numerous colourful metaphors that the FUG does not permit. Some children just don't deserve the parents they are inflicted with.

Drink driving rules apply to all vehicles including Bicycles.

I reckon a good way to show this in an advert on TV would be to drop a side of beef off the back of a truck onto a road at 100kmh - then do the same again, encased in proper motorcycle clothing material.

There's someone in my street with a little mini motorcycle and they ride up and down over and over and over... and on the weekend they had a kid on their lap. No helmet on either of them. I just despair sometimes.
