What did you use for the mount? Looks great. Did you build it yourself? Have been following soundman on youtube and would love to get the ipad kit and build it into my car.
Yes I made the brackets myself that mount it from behind out of some 1.5mm metal straps. I have quite a bit of experience with car audio/electronics, it was important to me that it looked like Subaru put it there..
Also, a really nice thing that the photos don't show is the wake/sleep animation that the kernel allows. When I turn the key off a Subaru logo spins around and fades out while the tablet switches off the wifi/Bluetooth etc and goes into deep sleep mode.
