i have a pretty simple question because i have never got towed any vehicle !!

 

what if i call the towing company to tow away a car illegally parked in the shared driveway (which needs to be clear 24/7) and by the time the towing truck arrives, the car is gone ???????

 

what happens then ????

 

Also usually how long does it take for towing truck to arrive ?

 

We have called the council and they brought a tow truck with them, the truck moved the car down the road to where it was legally parked and slapped a huge fine on the windscreen!

that was the last time the neighbour parked across not only our driveway but a fire hydrant (BTW if he was home we would have told him to move the car rather than calling the council)

In short call the council not the tow truck company.
