phrozenpenguin:

I also have one of these in a new vehicle - not a button but has a red light. Keen to get to the bottom of it, may have to trace the wiring if I get a chance.

I was hoping it was an in-motion remover but it doesn't seem to be.

I have all the toll gear (ETC) as well, which I have muted.

Thank you for the information, please share it with us when you get a chance to trace the wiring. cheers.

Wouldn't toll gear (ETC) have a slot to read your card?

It looks like a GPS antenna although I can't find an example with an LED.

No the card normally goes in the glovebox or is mounted to the side of the console. That would be the transceiver.
