Personally I say bring on UFB round 3: fibre for ALL remaining copper customers. Shovel-ready infrastructure stimulus, and bonus better (unlimited) internet for those of us too rural for UFB 1 or 2 but urban enough to be on the fringe of VDSL who aren't paying 10x the price for a capped RBI wireless connection until they can pry my copper out of my cold dead hands.
