The Rain-X has improved the noise, but it's still there sometimes and is still annoying. It's mostly the first few wipes, or when it's light rain and the windscreen is only moderately wet. So I guess I try replacing the blades.

Can anyone recommend good blades? We have Trico Force now, they were great on the original windscreen, but squeaky the moment we had the replacement put in. I've had Bosch wipers in the past but they're too difficult to fit, I gave up and had a mechanic do it, so won't get them again. Any suggestions on good wipers that are less likely to squeak?
