Fred99: I doubt the $350 belt replacement would include the cost of waterpump, new seals etc, which might add another couple of hundred $. It sounds too cheap to me - especially from an OEM dealership.

Do you know what the belt actually costs? Bugger all.
Crank seals, minimal.
The most expensive thing is the water pump, and that's not major either.......it's the labour you are paying for, because of all the bits they need to remove, adjusting timing and such, and re assembling it all.
