Nope car. it's a feature of their car insurance. When I rang I was like this is too good to be true and I customer service guy was like yep. no reason not to claim.

Hmm .. I wish there was an option similar to "No excess Glass Buyout".
Happy to pay a bit more to have "No excess Keys Buyout" for lost, misplaced, damaged or stolen keys upto a value. 

I have looked for this and cannot find any one that can do it so far unless I am missing someone fine prints.
