I'm guessing it has expired or was an error. I'm seeing 400 and something for it.

Well if anyone ordered it was the version you don't want

from the product page

****************************************

Note: This phone is Chinese Version, not International Version, no CyanogenMod Words on the back cover.
******************************************

This means it has the color OS and not CyanogenMod.

However it does look easy to flash CyanogenMod on to the device once you have it.

Most of the chinese sellers flash CyanogenMod on it before sending and you have to specially request for ColorOS.
