Just got a notice that this will be in Noel Leemings Black Friday sale . Limit 1 per person.

So if you are thinking of buying one hold off till Friday.

Skyrim is in VR? Ive never tried VR. From the short knowledge I have PC VR is better but hey, price....

So torn, I love xbox live for being able to play sports games online, where playstation network seems not many people play fifa, madden etc online.

Yeah, Skyrim VR is currently PS4-exclusive and has only been out for a week or so. Apparently it works best with the Move controllers because then it seems like you're actually swinging the sword.

The headset, camera and VR Worlds turned up today, but no Skyrim. Anyone else?

I actually emailed them on Thursday evening to confirm that the order went through correctly (I got an error after payment) and haven't heard a peep yet - might need to chase them up! But still plenty of time before Christmas.

Interesting.
I ordered this pack online in the weekend as well. The reason was the instore stock was still the version 1 headset, while the new Skyrim pack has the version 2 headset.
I will be checking when it turns up to make sure I get the V2 headset.

Looks like it's the old one; that article says that the new one has a different part number.

kendog: the new Skyrim pack has the version 2 headset.

Can you advise where you saw that? Noel Leeming has taken the product page offline and archive.org doesn't have a copy.

Edit: NL also has a different bundle with Gran Turismo instead of Skyrim but it doesn't say "version 2" anywhere that I can see. Mighty Ape also has the Skyrim bundle but it also doesn't seem to specify "version 2" (in fact the specs mention earbuds, which if I understand correctly are gone with v2).

My copy of Skyrim was attempted delivery yesterday. Picked it up from the sorting office today!
