I can be quite variable. Can often be as low as 7-10Mbps, but also upto 20Mbps+. It seems to vary depedning on where in the country you are, plus time of day.

I just did a test now on my parents connection in northland. Download speeds typcialy around 200. Upload speeds over 3x test were 13, 20, 11.

I've seen 20-30mbps quite often with different connections. Saw well over 200mbps download a few times. Pretty impressive.
