allan: Ordered mine online on Friday afternoon, with pickup from a local store. Got email notification on Sunday to say it was available and collected it yesterday.

I ordered thursday.

I called up today to see where it was, they had no record of my order, however I have order numbers/emails and showing on their website.

waiting to hear back from them.


So did I, but haven't had any email to say it was available for pickup. Just a confirmation email to say my order was accepted. They don't seem to have a way to track the order online. I will just wait until they contact me.

Just got an email saying mine has been sent, should get it tomorrow or tuesday.
I have to say however a week to process and send an order is really bad, must be the same people as the ones that do the warehouse orders

Just got this email:

 

 

Thank you for taking the time to order with us.

 

Unfortunately we have run out of stock of the LOGITECH T650 TOUCHPAD. We have followed up with our supplier to order more, however please be aware they have advised this unit is now END OF LINE.

 

Thus we will not be able to order in any more stock and apologise about the inconvenience.

 

Due to no alternative models available we will have to cancel your order and refund the credit card used.

I got a call this morning from Noel leeming saying it was ready to pick up. I had to tell him that I had paid for delivery and he looked at the invoice and then realized I had paid for delivery. Very strange operation.

my email this morning said in store for pickup (pukekohe) ...

I wonder if different stores 'hold' their stock, or if they are ALL out of stock now and I just got in under the wire?

Same here ..  just got the email


You have got to wonder why they were selling them if they didn't have the stock to fulfill the orders. Surely their systems have stock control, they are owned by the largest retailer in NZ. Have to say that their search engine is poor, you have to wonder if they do test their websites fully.
