Reminds me of the milo which was parallel imported by a big retailer and it tasted horrible, as it was a different recipe for a different market. Different cultures have different tastes, and that would apply to smell as well I suspect.


Well since they have change the Milo recipe here in NZ we now prefer the parallel imported one from the Warehouse. 
We no longer by the Kiwi brand.

NZ Milo was unique -  Milo in all other countries (incl Australia) will taste pretty similar as NZ has simply been moved to the same formula that other countries have rather than having it's own.
