It was in stock around 5pm, so I added one to my cart. Lost signal for a minute, and it was gone :o(

Went in to my nearest Warehouse Stationary, they had no stock on the shelves but produced one on request, it rang up as $150 on the till but I showed them the web page (where it still shows as $48.99) and they honoured it.

YMMV but worth a try!

Not on this page it doesn't:

That is the online price though, and it does say out of stock, at that price. The actual promotion screen advertising it did say online only, and often retailers do have different pricing for physical stores, and online pricing. Also WHS in the past has offered certain products at a certain price for the first 50 sold, and then the normal price after that. I was previously caught out by that, as they said the first 50 had already sold, and even though they had stock of the product, they said I would have to pay full retail for it. Maybe they have made a muckup by not continuing the 'online only' price onto that screen. But looks like their website has an error because this screen shows it to be the full price http://search.warehousestationery.co.nz/search?p=Q&w=p1102w&view=grid&isort=score&sli_sid=avN-h-KBMcJch7euPEhhjfItoIC5ZGJCtbE= . They possibly could say it is a genuine pricing  error.

How many pages will we get out of its 'starter' cartridge. Cant find that info anywhere....
Its a waste of effort if we need to replace the expensive toner cart in a month or so.

This page says about 600 pages http://slickdeals.net/f/4886538-hp-ce285a-85a-toner-cartridge-34-99-fs-ebay-via-cit

When it runs out, you can buy recycled toner cartridges for less than $20 , such as this one http://www.trademe.co.nz/computers/printer-accessories-supplies/laser-toner/black/auction-873440577.htm , so it isn't as expensive as an inkjet to run.

Mine got delivered yesterday less than 24 hours after delivery. Now just waiting for the cashback, but looks like it will take up to 70 days.

Huntakillaz: Confirmation email says 20 days for money to be in the account, got email today after submitting details yesterday

Hmmm, my confirmation email didn't say anything about 20 days. Just says that the application will be processed with the next few days, along with an attached terms and condition PDF that says, quote

11. Once claims have been received and verified please allow up to approximately 75 days for receipt of reward.

Not sure if that is working says, or calender days, so it could be at least July before payment. Last time I had a cashback from an HP product I didn't receive the cashback within the time specified, and had to go to the retailer to sort it out, as HP subcontracted out the cashbacks to  some company in Australia to process it.
