Skux: Half price Samsung micro SD cards

$100 for a Seagate 2TB external HDD

$400 for a Huawei P10 Plus is a steal for a near-flagship phone released this year

Also P10 Plus for $100 more.

If I read PB Tech's email correctly, I don't think there is Cyber Monday this year... all points to in-store. :-(

I would have been keen to buy the Xbox One X but doesn't seem to be included in specials.

You were expecting a 4 day old console to be on special?

There's a few thing in there I might pick up if they are still in stock when I stop in at lunch time.

Planning on joining a queue? 4pm to 9pm?

Anyone know when the deals go up? Surely the ones in the homepage can't be the only ones...

Don’t worry if you can’t get to a store, they usually follow this “Black Friday” with an online-only “cyber Monday” anyway 👍

I went to one of these... once. It was at the Manukau store a number of years ago when they were on Lambie Drive. I was 5th in the door (only got there about half an hour before the doors opened too) and went to exactly what I wanted that was on special (2TB HDD) at the location I knew it was and there weren't any there. So I just left. Never again will I waste my time. Online or not at all.

Did anyone go the Christchurch branch last year? I'm thinking of going down, but if it's packed to the rim like other branches, then I'm not going to bother.

I reckon not many people will be at the tauranga store.   Tauranga is a city of tradies, no uni either -- and not much in the way of the IT profession so not many enthusiasts compared to other centers.

pardon my english ha ha.

Hamilton PBTech was busy according to my friend who queued up to buy the Huawei P10 Plus. They only had 10 units and the first 10 people in queue bought it. So much for a black Friday sale when you cannot even source decent amount of units. A lot of people waiting in queue which was rather quite long were pissed off.

Do whatever you want to do man.
