Back in the day in ChCh it was Tricity House, Dick Smith came along with the Dick Smith Wizard but i got a C64. Now we have Harvey Normal, Noel Leemings, JayCar.

I have purchased a few things from them, I believe they charge GST on the purchases but they are fulfilled from Australia.
The prices are generally very good. Haven't had anything go wrong with what I have purchased as I can't comment about their after sales service.
Shipping is quite slow, so if you want it yesterday then probably go elsewhere.

I bought my 1st amp kitset from David Reid , way way back (Sanken chip/hybrid) . Saw it on trademe recently, so its its still in use after all these years

I get all my stuff in from China these days, I get it landed on my desk for about 10%-50% of the price of buying it in NZ.
Sure you have to watch out for fakes, but over all I have had a very good experience.
