Their online system is crap. Actually managed to get one in my Cart. In fact, it still shows in my cart. I just can't actually pay for it. When I hit the "Proceed to checkout" button, I get errors saying "sold out" "no longer available online".

Reload the Cart page, and it's still there, ready for me to "Proceed to checkout".

It took me 10 tabs to grab one online. I gave up as it kept on showing up with errors until one tab left open managed to lock the two S10 I was after.... it only came as one phone on my receipt but given it says black
Promo with SKU that no longer exists, I hope it worked!

Don’t close that tab and keep on trying! That’s what happened to me. I was about to close the browser and it let me pay

I've been trying for half an hour.

What really irks me, is that TradeMe will be full of listings from people trying to make a quick buck. I just want the phones for our own use.

Was this a stunt to distract people from PBtechs birthday sale?

S11 is a long way off, so unless they massively bought too many 128gb black ones, I don't see the logic.

Unless they need to get stock off the books for some financial/tax reason.

5G model has been released in Australia. That could be why. But we don’t have any active 5G for a while so I didn’t think that would be the sole reason. But like when Galaxy S3 4G came out.

If anyone gets this deal and wants to flick off a black S10, I may be interested, depending on price.

For like 3 mins and was all gone. I got these for my friends. I know one uses iPhone and if he doesn’t want it then I will unload one. S10 black.

Wasn't the promo started this morning ?

@samnz - Think you'll find that post was referring to listed stock levels stated for their local store, not that they'd made a purchase?

Sorry for anyone who read my last post! I didn't read the post before it (before morning coffee) and reacted quickly thinking somebody had bought a tonne of them.

However, as I am a little grumpy about missing out for a legitimate purchase because of Noel's crappy cart system if I catch anyone trying to fob them off on here to make a profit I will not be impressed. This is the problem with these promos - there are legitimate people (like Stu, Linux and I) who missed out all because some people would attempt to buy more than 1, or buy not needing them just to resell and make a quick buck.

At-least with PB's checkout system it does limit it rather well to 1 per person and also reserves stock for 15mins. Noel's website is just not suited for flash sales.

Local store still shows stock available. But, they're not. At least, not in the promo.
