Mine also arrived at 7pm (Monday night). Either someone works late, or it's automated.

My order has already arrived but, despite having paid $30 for new, this one is undoubtedly used/'reconditioned'.

The first sign, after I'd cut the two tabs sealing the box, was there were two more tabs on the other sides, both already cut! Then I realised the box itself was fairly scratched for a 'new' product, and once opened it was clear the protective clear cover on the unit itself had been previously removed and stuck back on.

I'm not too worried about having a s/h product, just not willing to pay 50% more for the privilege! Will ask for a refund for the difference.

So, if anyone has also ordered new, just check that you're getting what you're paying for.

A rep of the firm called me this morning to apologise and confirm they'll refund the difference so all is well.

He said there'd been a sudden surge in demand for the products and clearly wasn't sure why this has happened; I was able to explain at least one of the reasons for this! (Not sure if it's a deal that's been advertised on other forums or sites?)

Bought a reconditioned one couple of weeks ago. It's near new and I was able to control couple of Philips hue lights without purchasing any Philips hubs (not Bluetooth)

I run SmartThings at home and I like it a lot.  The Aeotec devices are the easiest to work with, but I've also got it working with Tuya and Aqara devices, among others.  Sometimes you need to do some IFTTT and virtual switch setups, but it works nonetheless.

It is a shame. I'd be keen on one of the starter bundles just to get a Motion sensor, Button, and Multipurpose sensor for $50. And, maybe a couple of additional buttons.

Just emailed them about the expired certificate, fingers crossed they'll sort it out soonish.
