Mine stuck in Auckland customs since Sunday but i have noticed the tracking information can take a couple of working days to update.
My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.
richms:
Has everyone got theirs? No tracking on my order still.
Mine got delivered on Tuesday. If you enter the tracking into the NZpost site, it should appear. Was worth the wait.
Received mine today. 1 works great, 1 DOA. The working one sits next to my 2K 32", both connected to my M2 Macbook Air. I haven't really noticed the difference between 2k and 4k yet.

That is bad luck, are you contacting them to discuss a solution? I am tempted to get another as it is quite impressive for the price but maybe tempting fate.

Is there another place you were going to buy them? They don't appear to be in stock anymore at the original link?
I was a little too slow!
It looks like they have a few on it now. Some maybe returns
I recieved my monitor today.
New Zealand Post included a letter saying the package had been "damaged" when they recieved it on the 26th.
Funny tho, tracking states it arrived in New Zealand on the 15th and sat awaiting clearance from the 18th.

Was a bit worried but when i got it home and unwrapped it. I found there was only some scuff marks on the monitor stand and the casing around the monitor had come partially unclipped, the same as others have reported.
The monitor itself appears to be working fine, however it is missing a base screw to secure the base to the monitor arm.
Was unable to find information online on the type of screw that would work, so reaching out to the company to see if they have a replacement or information on the type of screw i need to look for.

Something like this -

Something like that looks like it could be the ticket.
Thank you. I will use as a reference if support doesn't get back to me.

I got that monitor. The other half is using it at the moment so can't physically look, except it did look like that when sticking it together. I just wonder a bit about thread length, though I'm sure the M6 bolt mentioned is correct.
