Just a PSA, FYI-- porting your mobile out out of Full Flavour is not a easy process. After two failed port requests (attempting both the 'on account' and 'prepay' flows just in case), I contacted Full Flavour to confirm I was using the correct details for my port request and was told the "account number" on the bills I get is not the "account number" I'm supposed to use in the port request. But even the account number I have been given is not working either for my 3rd port request. Looking over my comms with Full Flavour I noticed the "account number" I was given is the same as the "request number" of my helpdesk enquiry so not quite sure if their CSO has misunderstood what information I needed. While I am sure they'll sort me out in the next few days, it's not a great experience TBH. Just thankful I decided to do this with plenty of time to spare so hopefully I can get this port done and dusted before the month rolls over.
Out of curiosity, what was this deal? I wish I had see it, as I am mobile provider shopping... Curious to see what some of the providers can do.
