Warehouse and pbtech are the fastest I find for shipping. Some of the places that sell on grabone and similar are terrible even blowing past their own crap shipping estimate or weeks.

1day I have found can be slow and a lot slower than their advertised shipping date. Ironically they are now also largely owned by the warehouse.

You do have to wonder why Noel Leemings didn't offer some form of discount voucher or some goodwill gesture for the inconvenience and time wasted, as they made an error.

Mine wasn't available for pickup in the end, but nor have I received any communication that the order has been cancelled. Infact the order update note says awaiting stock, so I am guessing it may end up being cancelled to. Perhaps they should be offering something similar for mucking customers around. I have had these sorts of ordering problems before with Noel Leemings and Bond and Bond, as well as pricing errors. I don't recall the offer every saying limited stock, and surely the supplier can recall back stock from other retailers if they don't sell them to fulfill the orders.

plugged it in. Damn its laggy compared to a laptops trackpad. Will surfice on the media player on the tv but no way it would be usable on a desktop PC for me.

I don't have any lag on the one I have, and is the same speed performance as a normal laptop trackpad. Maybe it is the drivers or the speed of the PC you are using, or perhaps faulty?

These have had a few firmware updates over time as well - might be worth checking that.  The biggest one enabled multitouch in hardware rather than via the driver - which makes the trackpad useable in Linux without issue.  Had mine for a while - very happy with it.

Its already doing 2 finger scroll without an update, Last time I tried logitech drivers they put annoying spamming things in my system tray anyway.

Not sure I need any more touch than that.

I find they are good, and very well made with the glass surface. I am going to use my second for a media PC remote.

"Finding" them is probably what they did - just received mine today and it's obviously been pre-used and repacked, so either a demo model or a returned item, so yours could well be the same
