Thank you for the M6 bolt name and the picture of the length.

Looks to be approx 10mm.

Gives me something to go on.

I had a quick Google but will try and do a better one after work.

Yeah it's 10mm. I'm fairly sure something like this would fit.

I might just pop into my local Bunnings tonight or tomorrow.
Could work as a temp fix until support gets back to me.

They might have some spare official bolts around but those Bunnings onea look like they could work in the mean time.
