Our water takes about 20 seconds to come hot out of the tap.

If you let hot water run first on the tap, the machine will fill with hot water straight away for the first rinse, instead of a mix of very cold and lukewarm water.

It's like "priming" the water.

Got the tablets yesterday, and tried last night. It seemed they worked ok, no different from the much more expensive ones we got from the supermarket before

My three packs had been packed in a box, stored for a couple of days before I could get to warehouse.

They do smell like a cleaners cupboard!

The little things make the biggest difference.

Appears to be out of stock in quite a few stores. Wouldn't be surprised if that was why.

I did 4 bags click & collect to save some freight to our rural address, and my son works right next door to the Warehouse in Oamaru.
No indication as yet that my order has been cancelled.  They had no stock in Oamaru so was going to take 2-4 business days.

We got our five-bag box on Saturday. Despite a couple of comments here, it did a good job.

Overall, it saved us about $120 in dishwashing tables for the next six months or so.

Curious what the comments were?  Luckily my local store had a few left so I picked up 5 too.  Noticed they had quite a strong smell even unopened in the car, but they seem to be doing a good job so at that price I'm not going to worry too much!

Mainly, the previous comment about smell. The dishes and cutlery came out clean, and no problem with smell.

We do maintain our dishwasher filter clean, and use a cleaning tablet monthly. This helps a lot.
