tieke:
mattwnz: I just got notification that mine has arrived instore for pickup, so they must have found some more.

"Finding" them is probably what they did - just received mine today and it's obviously been pre-used and repacked, so either a demo model or a returned item, so yours could well be the same

Mine looks fine, although it did have a handwritten price tag over the label, and the normal retail it said was $129.95.

What's the code for the $5 discount?  I tried welcome5 but it wasn't valid...

welcome5!? If that's a promotional code, it seems to have expired or have I missed something?

Is the T650 worth using with Windows 7 or only 8? Any good with OSX?

It seems to only work if you spend more than $18 (i.e. it works if you buy two of them for a total spend of $36).

I found the welcome5 $5 discount code only worked if I placed a second  T650 in the cart. Seems you need a minimum order value for it to work.

I bought two, thanks.  Would be good to give the wrist a rest from always using a mouse.

What a rubbish site HN have. During checkout it added a "free" ream of A4 paper, then it charged $8.95 for it. The cart couldn't be edited, and all the time it advised free delivery but in reality it was free pickup from the local branch. I finally managed to dump the order and started again. Even now that I've had confirmation their email states that not only do I collect from Wairau Park, but it'll be delivered to me. Hopeless!

Very good deal. Not sure if this version works with OSX, as I think there is a mac version of it.

I think they would make quite a good gift for people who connect their laptops to the TV as a remote.

Briefly tested mine on my mac and it worked fine.
I didn't go in and see what settings were available for it.

That's encouraging. I was hoping it maybe a good alternative to a Magic Mouse which I've had problems getting to work successfully with a bluetooth dongle and my Hackintosh.

I ordered two of these but HN have said they're about 5x days away from collection. The last time they told me that was when I ordered a Linksys router. Three weeks later I found they'd forgotten to send it and lied about it. It arrived next day. Hopefully they've improved their online systems.
