For the people talking headphones.... I see that PB Tech's daily deal is a pair of Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 down to $69 from $399: https://www.pbtech.co.nz/product/HSTSEN506251/Sennheiser-Momentum-20-I-M2-On-Ear-Headphones---Bl

Disclaimer: I have no idea if these are any good or not

Sold out online, in store only.

Got one from store just now. Never tried Sennheiser before and was tempted at the price drop really.

I’m in line at the Manukau branch and there are already 50 people in front of me in the queue. First time lining up and I don’t think I’ll ever do it again lol.

That settles it then - definitely won't bother - the headphones I want only have 20 in stock there and 16 in Penrose.

Will leave it and try and get my headphones at the airport or Cyber Monday

Correct. We’re all waiting outside in the hot sun waiting for the doors to open at 4. So not worth it.

I popped into the chch store this morning to check out the P20 pro.  They had 50ish in stock. They had cones lined up in the car park to form the queue around,  and were closing the at 2ish.  The queue had started at 1:30. Before joining the line,  I went down to Noels to try my luck at price matching.  SUCCESS.  Had a chuckle at  the length of the line as I passed on the way home.

I really wanted noels too do it as they have free headphones worth 220 included when you buy one. That would have made for 2 xmas presents but i am happy i got the phone for $284 ($299 at pbtech but WHS has the 5% off as well).

I just passed the Christchurch store, the car park is full of people queuing to get in, the queue looks to be starting on the footpath. Easily 100+ people, not sure how many inside already. I'll do some other shopping first before I try again, no way I'm joining that queue

Thanks - I don't regret not going now.
