Veon 58 inch 4k UHD TV for $499 at The Warehouse.

I was going to say get it from the market using the 10% off code, then they whacked $60 shipping on top making it more expensive than the warehouse. Still worth doing if you need it delivered.

VEON 58 inch 4k UHD TV

Seems it's only the larger screen that attracts $60 shipping. Of you downsize to a 50 inch one for $399 apparently your can get it for $364 shipped using the cyber10 code.

I'm also eying up hyrule warriors on there for a smidge over $70. I'll see of I can get a Vodafone sun card today to sort out the free market club on it.

Getting better all the time. Handled these in jb hifi yesterday and damn they feel plasticy.
Weird powerder plastic finish to them, but the rose gold highlights are cool.

Personally prefer the look/feel of say the sennheiser momentum retro/metal band type feel, but understand sony and bose lead the way on noise cancelling.

Likewise - Used them when in a Hotel/Rented apartment and quite liked the coffee - The amount of plastic the pods consume is a real turn off.

They do have 'some' recycling facilities for these in some parts of the planet - but really? How much goes straight into the dump? 99% I would guess.

Very environmentally unfriendly....

Including here in NZ, where there’s a Nespresso recycling drop-off box at many garden centres. You can buy the recycling bags (not required but makes it easier) when you’re purchasing the pods, it’s all very easy!

Nespresso are also trialling kerbside recycling in NZ too which will be even easier.

Having owned several pairs of Bose before, and now having owned the older generation Sony XM3’s for a few years, the Sony’s beat the Bose hands down for build quality and noise reduction.
I kept having to replace the ear cups on the Bose because the leatherette finish would consistently disintegrate. Haven’t ever had to replace the Sony ear cups, and no sign of wear yet.

And the noise reduction on the Sony’s honestly leaves Bose for dead. I’m tempted to upgrade to the XM4’s but considering the build quality is so good and my XM3’s still look like new with daily use, I think I’ll probably get a few more years use before I upgrade.

Dell have the Vostro 13 Inch laptop for $978.98

Lowest price I have ever seen for it.

Great student device that is very light with a starting Weight of 1.06kg

https://www.dell.com/en-nz/work/shop/laptops/new-13-5301/spd/vostro-13-5301-laptop

Use code LOVEKEANU for an extra $68.53 off at checkout. Final price = $910.46

--

Also for anyone buying from Noel Leeming, code MYNL16W10 still seems to be working. $10 off orders $100+

Thank you very much Wakrak, I placed an order for the Dell. Also noticed it now as 11th generation i5 and an increased RAM speed over the one I brought earlier this year.

I just got the xm4's and they are a great pair of headphones. Fantastic noise cancelling drowns out all the background noise and a lot of people talking around the office so I can actually focus on stuff. I liked the look of the Bose 700 but personally the sonys just felt more comfortable to me in the shop. I've got no issues with build quality either. Definitely worth watching Jim's review room on YouTube as his stress test of high end headphones is so cringeworthy how much he bends them and they don't even creak.

Thanks Wakrak, been contemplating the Sony XM4's since they got released especially now as they have multipoint support, but lack of AptX put me off, however with the cyber weekend sale price + 10% discount + 4% cashback these will end up costing $337 which is a bargain I just couldn't resist!

I also tried them at JBHifi and also like the rose gold highlights, but agree they feel very plasticky, especially compared to my Bose QC35 mkII's

I've had to replace the earpads on my wife's Bose QC35's, ordered replacements direct from Bose NZ, but can't find replacements on Sony's website for any of their headphones, so I'm glad to hear they don't wear out as easily.

4 Yubikeys NFC and 2 musegear finders (the latter are German kinda 'tiles' but without the weird data collection or subscription fees. One can use it with local BLE coupling and no tracking).
