Any of you lot participating in archery?  I was shooting a longbow (actually a flatbow) but stopped over 10 years ago.  We've got our son into it and of course I had to start it back up myself.

I've been lucky enough to have been given a recurve and gear for myself that I may hand down to my son once we both level up.

It's a lot of fun and very rewarding

Given that you mentioned levelling up, I maxed out my bowmanship skill in an RPG I was playing recently - but I guess that doesn’t really count? 😀

Sometimes I just sit and think. Other times I just sit.

Archery clubs saw big jumps in numbers with each LoTR release back in the day. I’ve not heard of computer games being attributed to the same but I imagine it happens. See if you can swap the mouse for something real and I think you’ll enjoy it. Archery clubs are super approachable - see if you can visit one and try it out.
