They built a stadium that we can only just afford to pay the interest on the costs. And that's with some clever rates rise.

Although arguably it is the best rugby stadium in NZ. But the ultimate of white elephants IMO. They need to make these stadiums multi use, so they can be used all the time. eg build offices around them. They seem to be more successful with building and managing stadiam overseas.
