Does anyone know if I will be able to access this lounge? Silver status, flying PE and have a few Air NZ complimentary lounge vouchers. On the lounge vouchers page on my Air NZ, it mentions I won't be able to use them at LAX as it's a Star Alliance lounge, but doesn't mention other airports. Is that just because LAX is the most likely place I'd try and use them? Will be just short of gold status at the time unfortunately... Cheers!

You are ineligible for lounge access.

Vouchers can only be redeemed in Koru lounges.

Probably a lot easier to just buy a United Club day pass if you really want access.

never been there myself, but one of my friends went into the United Lounge in Houston mid 2017, and didn't have very good things to say about it at all. YMMV.

Used the United Lounge there last year - it is spread over several floors - I had a shower and ate/drank which was great after the flight from Auckland and before carrying on. The showers were on the top floor and are managed by an attendant who gives you one of those things that buzz and flash when there is a shower ready for you. I was Air NZ gold status so no problems for entry.

Which one? There are 4, all of differing size and features.

The biggest one (terminal E) is pretty good for a United Club.

Yes the large one in terminal E.

On the way back used a smaller one as I had a reasonably tight transfer.
