The issue is with your local machine time zone, so if you want to search for One-way flights, adjust your time zone to (UTC-3:00) City of Buenos Aires

Thank you for updating this thread with this fix. I have to travel LATAM frequently and this has annoyed me for a long time!!

Book LATAM from Auckland as a Qantas Code share

Sample search, same date & flight on 18th of May from both QF and Latam Websites

  • Same Flight $231 Cheaper $848 USD = Circa $1360NZD
  • If you are QFF Frequent Flyer, you will get more points.
  • You can book one way without changing time zones or VPN
  • If anything goes wrong it's a QF flight number attached to the ticket, so they are responsible for getting your there if you get bumped (including flying you via the US at their expense)
  • Their call centre (after Alan Joyce was ousted) is usually answered within 15-20 minutes.

Kia ora Guys!

Thankfully, I found this thread and didn't feel alone 😊

My word... LATAM applications... 😭

It is true that from New Zealand, and other places for sure, you can only search for Round trips, even using a VPN.

The issue is with your local machine time zone, so if you want to search for One-way flights, adjust your time zone to (UTC-3:00) City of Buenos Aires

Don't forget to change it back after you finish 😉

Enjoy!

Ngā mihi,

N

Thanks for this. I ended up booking my flights to Lima with Delta, but was able to finally book my domestic flights in Peru via Latam directly with this trick.
