If $2.61 is GST, won't Skinny be obliged to pay that to the IRD as GST collected.

 

Then they're giving you a $20 top up, not $17.39 top up so they'll be losing money.

I thought Key promised he wouldn't increase GST to 15% but I might have that wrong. My memory is becoming increasingly scrambled.

If a call made in a foreign country, to a foreign number, warrants GST then why don't my food and hotel bills when overseas?
