This story utterly outrages me. It makes me want to do violence. It disgusts me to my core. The shamelessness of the loathsome individuals who engaged in this is hard to describe in words of sufficient revulsion to capture the loathsome bottom-feeding behaviour of these parasitic snakes. They deserve all the reprobation that can be hurled at them. They do not deserve to exist in the company of normal people. If this article is paywalled, do a search on the title. It will surely be carried elsewhere.

Apparently USD$250 million is just the minimum. Investigations are ongoing.

The scheme involved restaurants or fake restaurants claiming distribution of meals.
