Whether or not it's true, I expect a terrrorist organization to claim credit for this by association. This, I believe will open a can of worms for the Government on how it responds. As a one off attack, I'd support a wait and see (Watching carefully) approach

Christchurch... how do I put this.....has always had some pretty outspoken residents who aren't as enthusiastic about racial diversity as your average punter.

It really saddens me.  

Unsubstantiated report that there are multiple active shooters at large.

It appears that another incident happened at a mosque in Linwood, with a report that up to 20 shots were fired.

Shots have been reported to have been fired at/near the Hospital.

Apparently the terrorist was a poster on 8chan and posted livestream links there.

I really feels like Christchurch never gets any peace. We were there recently on holiday and were so impressed with the place compared to even 12 months ago.

My wife and I are from Christchurch we had been giving some though to returning there at some stage to live.

The Leader Kyle Chapman was in Linwood. Skinheads etc from all over the country moved there to join him. I thought I heard they bought some land near Rangiora to make a compound for them all to live on. It isn't really Christchurch created them, just the leader was there and he attracted more. Could have just as easily been any other city.
