Yes at the very extreme end of each side of the spectrum.

There is no denying though that as a general rule if a centre right party lose an election you don’t see protests in the streets.

The UK has more than double the EU average of per capita "drug deaths", and that although that data would be marginally skewed by bad stats for Scotland, suggesting that the serious issue is being ignored by the SNP "to divert attention" is absolutely ridiculous.

If you map it, London - which is a bit of a cocaine paradise - has a low death rate, compared to more rural and/or impoverished areas. Same trend as seen globally. It's another subject completely - from the Brexit and the UK election.

Have you actually looked at more modern definitions of the political spectrum? It's not right vs left any more (if it ever was). On reason Corbyn was doomed was because many of the "the working class" were pro-brexit. The anti-Brexit Lib dems are to the right of centre-right.

Did you even watch the video that I so rudely didn’t embed for your convenience? If you had you would have noticed a lot of the signs were printed by the “Socialist Workers Party”, don’t get much more left that that. That protest isn’t about Brexit, they just didn’t want the Tory party in government.

That’s complete rubbish.

For example go and ask 100 random people where the National sit on the political spectrum. I am extremely confident a large majority will say centre-right or to the right.

Not sure why you would think any other way when media, online resources, almost all information sources often refer to political organisations as right, left, far right etc etc etc.

So you can say the term is obsolete but unfortunately the rest of the world don’t agree and will continue to use said term to easily identify the possible political agenda of any given party.
