Voyager fibre here and everything appears to be going fine. Did notice over the week a couple of slowdowns but nothing like what you mentioned, mainly just a couple of fb videos . All going fine here now

Still rubbish connection here tonight. Unfortunately if this isn't sorted by mid-week, I'll need to move providers. Don't really want to, but I'm starting to feel what cable customers must feel like now. I still don't think it's anything to do with my setup.

This honestly seems like more a router problem else there will be more people complaining - Voyager is not a small ISP.

I've been unable to replicate your issues. Give this a go:

1) Ensure your routers firmware is up-to-date (also what model router is this?).
2) If this doesn't fix it try setting up your computer direct to the ONT matching the Voyager settings.

But the exact same router and exact same setup worked fine on Spark - all I've done is change providers. And my setup was all working perfectly (on Voyager) until around last Monday. A few other people in this thread are having similar issues (admittedly, not many though).

Maybe it only affects certain areas?
I have a Netcomm NF4V.

Thought so. The NF4V does have a firmware bug on older versions of its firmware with its DNS server. Update its firmware (http://support.netcommwireless.com/product/nf4v)

It is running incredibly old firmware (2013 from the datestamp there). You should upgrade it.

Latest build is from 16/08/2016

Okay, yes, it has old firmware. But why would it have worked fine on Xtra/Spark all this time though, and even Voyager for the last month or so, only to have things die last Monday? That's the part I still don't get.

Like I said it has a known bug in it. Upgrade it and report back, you really need to.

I wonder if it's just my node (or whatever) then? Some people are having problems, but most do not appear to be.

Have you tested either another router or direct via your PC to the ONT? And does it occur on all devices? Still seems to be a localised issue and I'm still putting money on something in your home causing it.
