ok this is starting to really annoy me. It is only happening on 1 pc , if i restart the PC i can open the site but 10 minutes later i cant so i restart and same problem occurs . I have tried 4 browsers and the same problem on all of them. This is the only site i have had problems with that i use, it has been fine until yesterday so some setting has changed but i have no idea what.  Has anyone got some suggestions.

Ok I manages to delete my reply

so heres the rapid version as i hate typing

So all other Devices in the house can connect OK?

You are not using a VPN anywhere in the equation?

Are all the PCs in the house using the same DNS settings, i assume you're getting the DNS settings from the ISP supplied modem? which seems to be the default, there's not something hard coded in one PC. I only ask as i had a similar issue and found that one of my PCs had the DNS settings on the actual PC, which isn't necessarily a bad thing but it explained why sites would go down for me and not the others in the house and viceversa
