Has anyone else had problems logging into PayPal?

I tried logging in about two days ago and it wouldn't recognize my password. I know it was the right one because I've used it for years.
Anyway, I went through a long process of resetting it (needing two forms of I.D - email address, credit card number, etc) and now today I find it won't log in again with the new password and I had to do the whole thing again.

Anyone else experienced this?

Nope. I would be concerned. Reset the password again preferably from another device you can trust (an ipad or similar is probably safer than a PC). When you reset the password again make sure its not related to any other password you usually use. Check your computer for malware (using the free edition of say superantispyware) use a password manager such as lastpass for paypal so you cant possibly enter your credentials into a fake paypal login because lastpass wont recognise the site.

Go into paypal security settings and review this section:
"Stay logged in for faster purchases" Log out anything your not sure of.

Thanks. Will do that. I already use a password manager, so the passwords it generates are totally random. I have also used an anti-keylogger security program for years.
