At wits end trying to get adsense payment into NZ bank account (ASB), has anyone done this sucessfully?

Why should ASB be responsible for knowing what format an overseas company expects an account number to be formatted in?

Because its their job to know how their own account should be formatted.
If ASB don't know how to format an ASB account, who will?

If ASB don't know how to format an ASB account, who will?

It's a standard New Zealand banking account format (2-digit bank ID, 4 digit branch ID, 7-digit body, 3-digit suffix), not ASB-specific. It's not their fault some overseas company expects a US account format.
