sbiddle: Does any other bank other than ANZ let you change your PIN number from internet banking or the app?
code15: I switched from Kiwibank to ANZ this year.
The only thing I'm just not getting used to is ANZ's transitions not being real-time.
i.e. eftpos transactions don't process over the weekend, visa debit authorisations don't show up, paying someone doesn't take the money out of your account until the transaction processes (at 10-11pm).. Irrationally annoyed at this aspect of ANZ's banking system
Geektastic: ASB not bad although their recent vastly expensive All Black's sponsorship seemed like an unnecessary indulgence.
It's caused me to start the process of moving banks.

Jase2985: pretty much every bank sponsors something.
if a 10 million sponsorship deal would mean you would end up paying like 1c less a year for something
Most residential customers are a very very very very tiny part of their business.

A rescue helicopter is useful. A rugby team is a waste of money.
Sometimes I use big words I don't always fully understand in an effort to make myself sound more photosynthesis.

That same bank also sponsors the Auckland Nines and a whopping great big stadium in Wellington used for a lot of ball-sports, mind you.
