Electrician has accidentally cut my fibre at street.

 

I have submitted a fault but am not sure if it actually submitted.

 

Is there anywhere on the customer portal to check.

From memory it sorta just goes into a black hole. No email response that its submitted. They do respond reasonably quickly however.
