It is a separate unit with a walk way inbetween. But access underneath each property and I can see the outside box\conduit where the fibre is coming into unit 1.

From a quic order, I simply chose the new connection under the existing account and was able to provide the official address of unit 2. Paid the money to get the ball rolling with the connection. I assume it will be a discussion with the engineer\technician when they come on site if the job is possible or not?

Thank you.

This is a good sign, it means the address is "legal" and in the Chorus database :)
