Until a week ago, I received Prime TV on a Sky Decoder. But now all that appears is a blue screen saying i should contact my subscriber to connect to this channel. What is wrong?

Have you tried doing as the screen suggests and contacting Sky?

Isn't that almost the same as reading the manual?  This is geekone afterall and 'geeks' don't like to read the manuals... it takes all the fun out of it. :p

In this case I tend to agree though - if it had been happening to everyone for a week i'm sure it would have made the news so its probably best to give them a call.

In the advanced options - select satellite. Remember what you have right now and select different ones. See if that does anything
