EPG Collector has stopped updating Windows Media Center on my Windows 8.1 operating system. It was working perfectly fine until I removed the Winfast Dual Dongle from the USB port and put it into another one. When I fired up Windows Media Center a message came up "Looking for Tuners" which stayed on screen for long enough for me to think that I needed to scan for the channels again. So I did that and got all the channels back. I then ran collect EPG via the saved EPG Collector.ini file. This ran through its routine but once it had finished and I checked the Media Center Guide all the channels had the message "No Information Avaialble". I then put the dongle back into the original USB port and ran through the same procedure as above with the same result. Can you please advise what I need to do to get the EPG Collection to update Windows Media Center again?

you probably need to re-run the EPG collector config to find the tuner.  maybe it has a new device id after putting  in new port

Hey Regs. I tried what you suggested but that did not fix the issue. What to do now?

I have figured it out...I had to re-install the Winfast application off the CD. Then re-run the EPG Collector and all guide data is available again.
