Can anyone recommend a simple remote desktop for me? I was using Chrome and it worked fine until they ‘improved’ it and now it doesn’t work at all. I just get irritating messages about components being missing and needing to update my browser. My browser is not Chrome, but it is uses the Chrome engine and it worked without problem before. I don’t want Chrome, I don’t like Chrome, and I have no intention of changing or updating my browser.

What I want is to be able to control my streaming computer from my notebook. This is what I had before. I don’t want to have to type pin codes or passwords every time I want to use it. I just want to be able to click on a hyperlink and get a connection. Security is not a big issue. My streaming computer is used for streaming only and nothing else. I don’t want everyone in the world wandering through it, but it doesn’t need to be in a vault. Security is fine while setting things up, but after that I just want to be able to click and go. The computer autoboots without a password and I want to leave it that way, so no Windows solutions that require a login password.

I have tried Teamviewer, but again I have to go through the pin/password stuff to get a connection. I want that to happen automatically once it has been set up. Any suggestions?
